Matt Deep is the Senior Vice President of Products and Services at Körber Supply Chain Consulting, where he leads both the professional services organization and product strategy for the STEPLogic platform. With more than 30 years of experience in supply chain execution and warehouse management systems, Matt plays a central role in shaping Körber’s end-to-end offering—from enterprise implementations to next-generation product development.

A recognized leader in pharmaceutical traceability, Matt was one of the key architects behind STEPLogic Trace and has overseen its deployment at top-tier manufacturers including Johnson & Johnson and GlaxoSmithKline. His deep expertise in serialization, DSCSA compliance, data visibility, and clinical supply chain operations has made him a frequent speaker and contributor to industry panels, publications, and award-winning projects—including CSCMP’s Supply Chain Innovation Award in 2016.

Matt began his career at BDM, implementing the MARC WMS across the globe, and later held senior roles at Fisher Scientific and 7Hills Global Consulting before co-founding DMLogic in 2009. Since joining Körber through its acquisition of DMLogic, he’s expanded his leadership from pharma-specific solutions to a broad portfolio of STEPLogic innovations and implementation services supporting retail, electronics, and automotive clients across 10+ countries.

Matt holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering and an MBA in Supply Chain Management from Penn State University. He lives in Pittsburgh with his wife and two children and has served as President of his church council, where he also manages long-term planning and building initiatives.
