Michael Fine is the technical lead behind the evolution of STEPLogic, managing all development activity for Körber’s flagship supply chain platforms. With over 12 years at the company, Mike plays a critical role in defining the product roadmap, coordinating engineering efforts, and implementing complex enhancements—often diving into the codebase himself when needed.

He has contributed to every major release of STEPLogic since version 4, including a full overhaul of the user interface and numerous feature expansions. One of his most notable projects involved developing enhancements to support the safe and efficient distribution of COVID-19 vaccines.

Prior to joining Körber, Mike worked as a software developer at both UPMC and Highmark. His deep commitment to product quality, innovation, and team collaboration has helped shape STEPLogic into a highly adaptable platform used by supply chain operations around the world.

When he’s not building software, Mike enjoys spending time with his wife, his college-aged son, and their two cats.
