Nichole Smith leads the Professional Services team at Körber Supply Chain Consulting, where she is responsible for overseeing customer relationships, consulting operations, and project staffing across complex implementations. With over 12 years at the company, Nichole brings strategic insight and hands-on experience to every client engagement.

Her career began in customer service at All-Pak, followed by a dynamic tenure at Heinz North America, where she gained end-to-end supply chain experience across transportation, warehousing, and planning. That cross-functional perspective continues to shape her approach today—balancing operational execution with long-term value creation for clients.

Nichole’s leadership is rooted in strong relationships and a deep understanding of how supply chains operate from the inside out. She lives in the Pittsburgh area with her husband and is the proud mother of three college-aged daughters.
