Sherri Bauman is a quality management and training professional with over two decades of experience in operations, compliance, and corporate learning. As Manager of Quality and Testing at Körber Supply Chain Consulting, she leads the testing team and oversees all product documentation and quality initiatives tied to STEPLogic development.

Since joining the company three years ago, Sherri has spearheaded critical certification efforts, including GS1, NIST 800, and ISO 9001:2015. She brings a robust background in ISO program implementation, having built a compliance system for a 250+ employee organization. Sherri’s experience spans healthcare, financial services, and packaging sectors, and includes LMS administration, process audits, instructional design, and system integration.

She holds certifications as an ISO 9001 Internal Auditor and an Accredited Investment Fiduciary and is committed to continuous improvement in every aspect of quality assurance. A strong advocate for teamwork and lifelong learning, Sherri also served as a co-leader for a National Multiple Sclerosis Society support group and is the proud mother of two adult children.
